Cat-folk Urchin ( OC )

This lonesome cat folk urchin named "raiza" can be found walking in the streets starting early morning to sell newspapers. She was left abandoned outside of an orphanage, wrapped in a poor man's clothes with a note saying that her mother can't take care of her anymore, that she will die if stays with her mother because she can't afford to give her basic needs.

As this cat-folk grows old he left the orphanage and learned to live in the streets, making friends with not-so-good people. They are disguised as newspaper guys but their real work is to spy, snatch things and be a thief, joined by a group of wildlings too. They formed a simple syndicate. This syndicate is sometimes being used by the government to take down some bad guys.
Thieves, only take things from rich people only, those who can afford to lose some of their property. This cat folk continues to walk around the city streets freely.
